fix for norton antivirus live update problem

if you get this error:LU1875 This update failed during its preprocessing welcome text phase

1. open a command line
2. cd /d "C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus"
3. regsvr32 /u navlucbk.dll
4. regsvr32 navlucbk.dll
5. right click c drive/properties/disk cleanup
6. reboot
7. restart Norton live update
