open .ape with .cue files - convert them or play them

Just use foobar2000.
download foobar:

and download the optional component, Monkey's Audio decoding support, from here:
http://www.foobar2000.org/components

Extract and copy the foo_input_monkey.dll file into the location
C:\Program Files\foobar2000\components\

run foobar, and goto open/file/select that .cue file! thats it.
If you wanna convert those to .mp3 files, select all the files, then right click and select convert in same directory:
