3. Press:

4. OS verification screen should be shown.

 - Press the recovery button again.

OS verification is OFF:

Wait 30seconds, then 2 beeps, and it reboots automatically.

6. Transition to Developer Mode:

Now transitioning to Developer Mode (approximately 5 minutes)

7. Now it rebooted and showed this screen again.

wait, beep-beep and loads chromeos.

8.  hit the keys CTRL+ALT+F2

9. Developer Console:

logon using: chronos

10. Then I followed these instructions.

sudo mkdir /media/1
cd /media/1
sudo curl -L -O http://goo.gl/3Tfu5W
cat 3Tfu5W      -make sure you see its a script

now run the script:
sudo bash 3Tfu5W

11.  I choose ChromeOS + Ubuntu (The snapshot below may be outdated as Matt's script is updated often)

I choose 9GB partition, the system created a partition, it rebooted and auto-recovered chromeos due to the re-partitioning.

Wait, and wait some more until it boots chromeos again.

Follow #10 again, and re-run the script (sudo bash 3Tfu5W).  Select the same option, ChromeOS+Ubuntu, and it will download ubuntu, and install, which takes about 45 minutes. Make sure you have your ethernet cable plugged in, not just wireless.
